Almond Walnut Cashew Smoothie

Ingredients
Raw walnuts – 1/4 cup
Raw cashews – 1/4 cup
Raw almonds – 1/4 cup
Dates – 3
Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
Sea salt – 1/8 tsp
Water – 2 cups + water for soaking
Instructions
Add walnuts, cashews, almonds and dates to a medium size bowl. Sprinkle some sea salt, then cover with filtered water until completely submerged.
Let sit for 1 hour, then strain out nuts and dates; discard soaking water.
Blend soaked nuts and dates with 2 cups fresh water, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until very smooth.
