Arugula Cilantro Pineapple Smoothie
Packed with fiber, which lowers cholesterol and glucose levels
Ingredients
Cilantro – 1/2 cup packed
Arugula – 1 cup packed
Coconut milk (or almond milk) – 1 cup
Pineapple (fresh or frozen chunks) – 1 cup
Ripe banana – 1
Avocado – 1/2
Hulled hemp seeds – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Blend together greens, hulled hemp seeds, and milk.
Add the rest of ingredients and blend until very smooth.
Feel free to thin out, adding water or more milk.
