Instructions
In a bowl add chicken pieces, add turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, vinegar, ginger/garlic paste, 1 egg white, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp all-purpose flour, 1 tsp oil and mix all the spices well to coat the chicken pieces. Add a little salt and mix well.
Let the marinated chicken pieces rest for 2-3 hrs.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees (190 celsius) for 5 minutes.
Place all the chicken pieces into the air fryer basket and fry for another 7 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove the basket toss the pieces and fry again for about 2 minutes.
When timer goes off, open basket and add in some slit green chilies and curry leaves and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
Remove and transfer the chicken pieces to a serving plate and squeeze some lemon juice and serve hot.
