Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium.
Air Fryer Tandoori Fish Tikka
Filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin)
Ingredients
Fish – 1 pound (1-1/2-inch fillets cut into chunks)
Any of these fish – Mahi-Mahi, Cod, Tilapia, Salmon, etc.
Green bell pepper – 1 (cut into 1 inch chunks)
Onion – 1 medium (cut into 1 inch chunks, separate the onion layers)
In a small bowl, combine the tandoori marinade spices together.
Add fish chunks, green pepper and onion in the marinade and mix well till everything gets coated.
Place marinated fish, green pepper and onion in the basket of the air fryer.
Set air fryer at 360 degrees (182 Celsius) for 8 – 10 minutes depending on thickness of fish cubes (1 inch cube for 8 mins, 1.5 inch cube for 10 mins).
When timer goes off, open basket and check fillets with a fork to make sure they are cooked to your desired doneness.
Garnish with some cilantro leaves and squeeze some lemon juice.
Remove and serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
