Air Fryer Naan Pizza
Satisfying meal including carbohydrates, protein, and fat
Ingredients
Pre-cooked naan – 1 (plain naan or garlic naan)
Pizza or marinara sauce or ketchup – 2 tbsp
Toppings – handful of diced onions, green bell pepper, mushrooms, etc.
Shredded mozzarella cheese or crumbled paneer – 1/2 cup
Instructions
Pick your choice of sauce and spread about 2 tbsp on the naan to coat the pizza.
Add shredded cheese or paneer and spread it evenly.
Add toppings.
Brush the edges with olive or avocado oil.
Place one pizza at a time in the fryer basket and bake at 400 degrees (204 Celsius) for about 8 – 10 minutes, until the edges look crisp and cheese has melted.
Rest for 3 minutes, slice and enjoy!
