Air Fryer Roasted Chickpeas
Rich in fiber and protein with no gluten
Ingredients
Chickpeas – 1 cup (soaked overnight and boiled) or 15 oz canned chickpeas (fully drained and patted dry)
Olive oil or avocado oil – 1.5 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Sea salt to taste
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the chickpeas, oil and spices.
Spread the chickpeas into the air fryer basket evenly.
Set air fryer at 375 degrees (190 Celsius) for 12-15 minutes.
Shake the basket after 6 minutes.
Serve warm or cool completely and store in an airtight container.
