Air Fryer French Fries
Ingredients
Potato – 1 large
Olive oil or avocado oil – 1 tsp
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Using a mandoline or a knife slice the potatoes into fries.
Fill a wide bowl with cool water and completely submerge the fries in the water.
Let it sit in the water for one hour. This will help remove excess starch and will help make the fries crispy in the air fryer.
After an hour, drain the water and dry the fries on a paper towel.
Toss the dry fries with oil, salt and pepper.
Preheat the Airfryer at 375 degrees (190 Celsius) for 5 mins.
Place fries in the basket of the air fryer, making sure to spread them evenly.
Cook 13 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with some ketchup and enjoy!
