Chicken is one of the best non-vegetarian sources of protein. It is lean meat, which means that it contains more amount of proteins and less amount of fat.
Air Fryer Chicken Tikka
Rich in protein and contain tryptophan and Vitamin B5 reducing stress
Ingredients
Chicken breast – 1-1/2 pounds (cut into 1-1/2-inch chicken cubes)
Green bell pepper – 1 (cut into 1 inch chunks)
Onion – 1 medium (cut into 1 inch chunks, separate the onion layers)
In a small bowl, combine the tandoori marinade spices together.
Add chicken cubes, green pepper and onion in the marinade and mix well till everything gets coated.
Place marinated chicken, green pepper and onion in the basket of the air fryer.
Set air fryer at 360 degrees (182 Celsius) for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, remove the veggies and keep them on a plate.
Flip the chicken pieces and brush the tikka pieces with oil.
Place the basket back and cook at 360 degrees (182 Celsius) for additional 6 minutes
When timer goes off, open basket and check chicken cubes are cooked to your desired doneness.
Garnish with some cilantro leaves and squeeze some lemon juice.
Remove and serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
