Air Fryer Pineapple Fries
Great source of vitamin C, B vitamins, fiber, and minerals like manganese
Ingredients
Pineapple – 1 (peeled, cored and cut into fries)
Ground Cinnamon – 2 tsps
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together ghee and cinnamon.
Brush the pineapple fries with the mixture.
Place the fries into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Set air fryer to 400 degrees (204 Celsius) for 10 minutes.
Halfway through, brush with any remaining ghee and cinnamon mixture.
When timer goes off, open basket and remove the pineapple fries.
