Instant Pot Oatmeal (Steel-cut oats or Rolled oats)

Ingredients
For Steel Cut Oats
Water – 2 cups
Almond milk or any plant based milk – 1 cup
Steel cut oats – 1 cup
Cinnamon stick – 1
Sea salt – 1 pinch
For Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Water – 1 cup
Almond milk or any plant based milk – 1 cup
Old fashioned rolled oats – 1 cup
Cinnamon stick – 1
Sea salt – 1 pinch
Instructions
Add the oatmeal of your choice and the liquid ratios to the pot of your Instant Pot with the cinnamon stick and sea salt.
Cover the Instant Pot and pressure cook under high pressure for 3 minutes or use porridge menu button.
Once cooking is complete, allow the oatmeal to sit in the pot to natural release the pressurized steam for 20 minutes.
Open the lid and stir.
Add toppings of your choice with additional milk to taste. Oatmeal can be refrigerated for 3-5 days.
