I started working with Shree to help me lose some weight that I had been struggling with for few years now. Although I had a lot of knowledge about nutrition and exercise, Shree provided the support and guidance to help me connect the dots between healthy habits and weight loss. The best part of the weekly sessions is that it provided the accountability to make myself a priority even with my busy schedule. Throughout the program, I was encouraged, supported, and pushed to listen to my body’s wisdom. I was motivated to look deeply into my everyday habits around food, energy level, stress and physical activity and identify the good and bad ones. The coaching sessions with Shree were to review these habits, build upon the good ones, break the bad ones and add new information without making me feel overwhelmed. She also shared delicious nutrient rich recipes and helped me establish healthier eating habits. This experience has changed my everyday habits and I have lost 10 pounds! Most importantly, I have learned a lot about myself in the 90 day program and I look forward to my personal evolution with this new lifestyle that Shree has helped create. She is inspiring, supportive and has opened my eyes to a better version of me.
