Ingredients
Pearl millet – 1 cup Idli rice – 1.5 cup Whole urad dal – 1/2 cup Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp Sea Salt – 1 tbsp or to taste
Instructions Soak pearl millet, idli rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 6 hours and grind to smooth consistency. Let it sit to ferment for 8 to 10 hours.
Method for Dosa: Scoop a ladleful of batter in the center of a hot tawa and spread in the form of a circular shape. Serve hot with any spicy chutney.
