The 90-day program gave me the real motivation to make changes to my daily habits around food, thoughts, people and physical activity, which have led to improvements in all areas of my life. When I started the program, I wasn’t sure of what the outcome would be. Although my focus was on transforming my body and mind, I found that by being mindful of my thoughts, behaviours and beliefs, and setting goals and creating action steps to achieve them has brought me a degree of success and happiness, which I did not believe would be possible when I started the program. She worked with me to raise awareness of my eating habits and how it is connected to overall well-being of the mind. Shree also helped me set a pattern of cooking and eating healthy delicious meals as a family. Her program helps you slowly transition to better patterns, with her expert support, so that you are able to maintain them easily, even after the program ends. I now have new habits and new rituals that are enjoyable and sustainable!
